Very lovely hotel with a pleasant courtyard.
It took considerable back-and-forth to settle a fee that we were initially told would be waived, which left a sour taste in our experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, finding us a table in a really nice restaurant, the garden is lovely and you can have breakfast outside. No problems to get the car parked as the staff does it for you. The room was very large and modern and we really like the bathroom with the hermes toiletries. It is a great hotel and everything is done so that you feel very welcomed and special with great attention to details, from beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby to chocolates and fresh fruits in your room. We will come back!

The best breakfast is provided - very French and fresh - prepared by the wonderful George. Even though parking was very limited, our charming host Jerry made our arrival and check in easy.
The rooms are not very soundproofed. Could hear the activities and conversation of our neighbours.

The stay was quite pleasant, with a very spacious room that felt well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed the quiet ambiance, which allowed for some restful nights. The hotel's location was also a bonus, just a short walk to places like the amphitheater and the beautiful Jardin Public. I appreciated the en-suite coffee maker and ended up having a great shower that was refreshing after a day of exploring. Breakfast options could have been better, but the croissants were a nice treat in the morning.

The pros, the cons, and everything between.
Great service from staff, always cute and ready to assist with local dining reservations. The location was excellent, great to explore and enjoy nearby cultural sites with ease.
Room was a bit small, and the breakfast felt overpriced despite being nice. Some noise from the street was noticeable at night.

Excellent hotel with only about 6 rooms. Staff took our bagsto our room, which was on the last floor. Very different boutique hotel. The living room and common rooms are wonderfully decorated and inviting. The open kitchen is really cool! The staff were very kind and helpful! The room was great in terms of size and facilities. They thought of everything. Best part: toilet was in a separate location from the bathroom :) which is useful when travelling as a new couple. Internet free and fast, parking available and not too expensive, and staff parked the car for us and brought it up when we needed to use it.
It was a bit far from the shopping district, but a quick ride in the futuristic tram makes up for it.

It's very convenient for the city centre yet in a quiet area. The courtyard is ideal for breakfast and the general design and decor of the hotel are excellent. The room we had was extremely comfortable and had all we needed. The staff were very friendly too. We really enjoyed our stay.

A stylish boutique hotel. Nice extra touches in the room - fresh fruit and chocolates, top quality shower products. Gentleman 'on reception' helpful - gave directions.
Decor in breakfast room very dark - not my taste, but very funky.
